An original Keith Gardner landscape. Thick luscious layers of oil paint on board. Simple distressed wooden frame 45cm x 35cm in size. Born in 1933,  Gardner produced an impressive body of work showcasing various landscapes in the UK, notably in Merseyside and North Wales. Largely a plein air artist he painted in an impressionist style with keen use of light and expressive brushstrokes. Signed by the artist.
