Returns & Refunds
All our vintage products are sold as seen. Part of their charm is that their frames might be chipped, their string worn, or their canvas faded, so we don't refund for these kinds of defects. Be sure to check the photos and read the details before you buy!
However, if your painting has been damaged or broken in transit, and if you return the damaged goods to us as soon as possible (buyers are responsible for return postage costs), we will be very happy to refund you (via PayPal) in full.
Shipping, Delivery & Collection
The Vintage Art Gallery will ship anywhere in the world - our fine art packing and postage costs are dependent on the chosen painting’s size and weight. UK customers will receive their goods within ten working days and international delivery schedules vary.
Don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss how we can arrange combined shipping costs for you if you are making multiple purchases. You may want a painting sent to another person, as a gift - just let us know by email as soon as you have purchased.
If you are local to Pirbright in Surrey, then we can arrange collection/delivery free of charge - just let us know where you are.
