We are so thrilled to bring you this original William Dring life drawing. Dring was born in London in 1904. He studied under Henry Tonks at Slade School of Fine Art from 1922 to 1925 and emerged as a fine draughtsman and portrait painter. He later became an official war artist, and his work is still well represented in the Imperial War Museum. After his death in 1990 his work became very sought after and it is often sold at auction in London's best fine art houses. Signed, mounted and glazed.
