Shepherd was a 1930s British watercolourist specialising in maritime scenes, and specifically the fishing fleets and sailing trawlers of Devon and Cornwall.  Gold slips and glazed. Brand new mounts. Signed by the artist. Both approx 36cm x 30cm frame size - one portrait and one landscape format.
